Rachel + Trey made a trip out to Colorado a couple of years ago and absolutely fell in love with the mountains! Once they were engaged they decided- right away they would elope in Colorado! They wanted something that wasn't too far up 70 so their friends and family wouldn't have to travel too much further after flying in from all over the country. They decided on the epic beauty of Sapphire Point and Lake Dillon for their elopement - so glad they did;)
We started off at the hotel to get some details as Rachel got ready. It was so great to finally meet everyone after the months of planning and see how excited Rachel was to marry Trey -She is such a stunning bride and I absolutely love the sunflower bouquet!
After we finished up in town we all headed up the road to Sapphire Point! This is one of my favorite venues for small weddings and elopements and these epic views are easily accessible. The weather for the day was picture perfect! The ceremony was short and sweet and we even had a cute little visitor that had some sunflowers on his mind;)
Elopements are so quick, so right after the ceremony we were on to the couples pics. These 2 are so cute and in love and the awe inspiring scenery made for some pretty stunning photos! After they headed to the Brewery for an intimate family reception to celebrate Rachel + Trey and enjoy Colorado for its amazing views for epic wedding photography and delicious craft beer! Cheers!
